All bookings taken usually require a 25% deposit with the balance paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. If booking less than 8 weeks (56 days) before the holiday, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Bookings made 12 months or more before the start of the holiday may pay the 25% deposit in full or, if preferred, pay £100 initially with the balance of the deposit payable by 31 December following.
Bookings are provisional only until such time as confirmed by the booking confirmation form posted to the Hirer by the Owner. For terms & conditions, please refer to the T&C section of the website.
We prefer payments to be made by bank transfer. However, for speed and convenience, the deposit may be paid by credit or debit card.
Booking amendment If you change your mind about the date, provided the different dates are still available and the new dates are within 6mths (before or after), you may change your booking. There's no admin fee!
Covid-19 pandemic During the Covid-19 emergency, we have changed our Amendable bookings policy to allow bookings to be postponed for up to 12 months (normally 6 mths) and with a shorter notice period of just 1 week - see T&Cs.
Changeover Day Changeover day is on a Saturday but it may be possible to vary this day out-of-season. Please enquire.
Check-In/Out times Our normal Check-in time is after 3 pm and Check out time by 10 am. During the Covid19 Emergency, times may be varied to allow more time for cleaning & sanitizing.
Rates Weekly rates are as follows and there is no booking fee or extra charge for dogs (please enquire about short break prices):
