Yet another wonderful winter break at Sandy Shore - our fourth visit during the winter months and we love it. The modern luxury apartment never disappoints and when we walk in we always feel like we are the first people to ever stay there - it is immaculate and the owner has thought of literally everything you could need. Although the weather was not that kind to us this time there are plenty of places nearby to visit and walk the dogs - can thoroughly recommend Marloe Sands. The best part is coming back to a lovely warm and comfortable apartment with view to die for!

Just back from an amazing 2 weeks chilling at Water’s Edge. Absolutely love this place, perfect apartment, perfect location & just what we needed to relax. Perfect for the pooch who enjoyed several daily walks on the beach & playing in the sea, leisurely strolls into Tenby, Hawbr pub does amazing food & even has a further secret pub garden away from the pub garden. Will definitely be back yet again!

This stunning apartment has everything you could possibly need on holiday, and the fans were very welcome during this sunny week.
We had several beach walks, and walks up to town for meals and drinks.
We can’t wait to return in 2024 😊
Location, location, location and you can't beat stepping right through the back gate onto the beautiful Tenby dog-friendly South beach with its mile and more of golden sand. The restaurant, 50 yards away and coffee stall yards from the property all add to your visit. The apartment is well equipped and beautifully furnished and secure parking is included. The nearby town of Tenby has plenty of cafes and restaurants and quaint shops. We wouldn't have returned so many times if we didn't love it!
We have just returned from yet another lovely stay in this truly super spacious apartment. The quality of all furnishings are of an extremely high standard and there is absolutely nothing lacking to make a perfect luxury stay. The patio and gate are literally on the beach,,..the dog friendly south Tenby beach ..during the summer months and the town centre is very nearby. Whatever query, the owner and housekeeper answer immediately with help and advice etc.
Each stay, I have searched to find some positive criticism, but there is absolutely no way I can find any about this beautiful apartment and situation!!! . We will return asap.
We have just returned from a wonderful week in Tenby staying at this beautiful apartment right next to the dog friendly south beach. Hi spec luxury finish , large patio with direct access to the beach. Glass fronted balcony and comfortable beds. Our dogs loved it but they are now at home looking depressed so we have already booked for next year.
What a truly magnificent apartment, wonderful location on the beach in lovely Tenby, perfect for our 2 dogs. The apartment was amazing, spotless and furnished to a very high standard with lots of space. Will definitely be returning!!
Just come back from our third winter break at Sandy Shore. It never disappoints and the fact that you can step out onto the beach from the apartment draws us back each year. Fantastic location with Tenby a 5 minute walk away both North and South Beaches are perfect for walking dogs in the winter and there is nothing better than coming back to a superb warm flat finished to such a high standard. Owners always on hand to answer any queries and we always so grateful to the Housekeeper whose superior standard of cleaning is second to none. We have already booked again for October!
What a real gem this apartment is, we have stayed in tenby at different locations for over 30 years and this is the best we have ever stayed in. Great location and everything high spec and poppy our dog loved her private beach access.
We have just had our third week in Tenby at this fantastic apartment, and can’t wait to go back in 2023.
The location is perfect, we will never get tired of the view, or being able to take our dog onto the beach without even having to put our shoes on!
We had the added surprise of watching the world rowing coastal championships this time, which meant seeing the rowers practice outside the apartment, and then bumping into Princess Anne in Saundersfoot.
The apartment is perfect for my mother in law, who is in a wheelchair.

We have just come back from our second visit at Sandy Shore. The apartment never fails to amaze us. Its so warm and comfortable and in the most perfect location. We had many walks with our dogs direct from the apartment which leads onto the beach. The owners have thought of everything and is cleaned to the highest of standards. What we like too is that the owners are at the other end of an email for any enquiries we may have and always reply swiftly. We are hoping to revisit for a winter break early next year. Just superb.
We have just had a fabulous holiday, the apartment was stunning and the owners have fully equipped the place and to such a high spec. The apartment is just a stone’s throw from the beach which was a huge bonus for us as carting two buggy’s to the beach is an absolute nightmare. Our second time staying at this beautiful apartment. Unbelievably clean. Well equipped, nothing left to chance. The view is spectacular and access to the beach from the garden is an added bonus. I would highly recommend this lovely place, you won’t be disappointed, but you will be spoiled.

We have just returned from a winter break at Sandy Shore - our first visit. This apartment exceeded all our expectations. It is of an extremely high standard and the location is just superb. To be able to walk straight onto the beach is such a bonus and so accessible to Tenby town centre. The owners have thought of everything to ensure your stay is comfortable and supplied detailed information on just about everything you could think of too. They always came back to us so promptly if we had anything we needed to ask. We were looking for a winter break to chase away those January blues and Sandy Shore certainly met all our needs - so wonderful to be able to return to such a warm and comfortable apartment after a long walk on the beach - highly recommended.

This apartment (Sandy Shore) has an amazing location right on South Beach at Tenby. We spent a lovely week here with friends sharing some time there with us too. Lots of natural light to the lounge and all the home comforts we are used to, including a Dyson fan in our bedroom.
We really liked the tiled floor and enormous hallway. Beds were comfy & shower & bathrooms beautifully tiled & finished to a high spec.
Highly recommended.

From the service & information supplied by Keith & Carol to the quality of the apartment, the quality of the fixtures and accessories and of course it's fantastic location. Wow! Just wow! The perfect place-straight on the beach for the pooch, walking distance to town, easy parking, gated secure complex & 5 star comfort. I’ve been waxing lyrical on social media about here & my hubby asked me to stop as he was worried we wouldn’t be able to get booked in!

The apartment is beautiful, luxurious and right on the beach.
Easy access to Tenby town. We were very impressed that the apartment is not only thoroughly cleaned it is also professionally cleaned for Covid - when guests leave, to allow the cleaning team to work safely and then re Covid cleaned ready for the next guests.
The attention to detail and care given by the owners is wonderful and we will definitely be re booking !

Just back from our third stay at this wonderful apartment. It’s the only holiday I really feel sad when I’m leaving. The standard of the apartment is completely 5* and just gorgeous in every way. Just trying to book for next year but it’s so popular it’s almost fully booked, agh!
Well..................... quality apartment, quality view, well resourced with high quality furnishings and equipment and no details left out to ensure everything was at our fingertips. We really enjoyed a week staying here with Mabel our beach loving Australian Labradoodle. To be able to open the gate and see her joy of being straight on the beach made it even better. The weather was perfect and wherever the sun was, there were pockets of the deck or courtyard where you could get out of the wind and soak up the rays, so perfect in all respects. Thoroughly recommend this apartment and if you look to stay in Tenby, stay here, you can't go wrong.

We have just returned from a fabulous October stay in this amazing ***** apartment. The apartment is beautifully presented, it is clean and modern with just the right amount of cosiness for those chilly October evenings. As mentioned by previous guests the location could not be more perfect, straight out of the gate onto the long sandy beach. We hardly used our car during our stay as there are so many lovely walks on the doorstep and our Chocolate Labrador thought she was in heaven. It is an easy stroll into Tenby in the evenings but most of the time we just walked down the slope to the South Beach Bar & Grill. They are very welcoming and serve good tasty food and indulgent desserts, they also offer a 20% discount for guests in the apartment. All in all the perfect place for a lovely relaxing break anytime of the year. We hope to return again when time allows.
Our second visit and already booked for our return. Fantastic location with direct access to the beach, the apartment is lovely and great for my mother as ground floor with walk-in shower. being able to take my little dog is great and so convenient as it has a private terrace, I would struggle to find another apartment as good as this anywhere. Looking forward to my next visit.
Sandy Shore has everything for the perfect beachside holiday:
• The location is by far the best in Tenby, itself an attractive resort, being right on the beach – you literally open the gate from the terrace, where there are two areas for dining, one in the shade and one in the sun, and you are stepping onto the soft golden sands
• Pausing on you way for a dip, or a bit of sun bathing, you pass a beachside café serving excellent coffee and snacks
• Perfect beach for young children
• The apartment facilities are excellent with two ample sized bedroom and two bathrooms, a large open plan lounge/kitchen overlooking the beach and a separate laundry room all superbly equipped including an excellent sound system capable of playing your own playlists via Bluetooth throughout the apartment
• The apartment is well maintained and spotlessly clean with all furnishings of the highest quality
• Covered dedicated parking
• Dogs are allowed, which was a particular bonus, as the Welsh coastal path runs past giving plenty of scope for some healthy walks
• South Beach Grill, owned by Brains Brewery, is only a few yards away offering typical pub grub.
• The town centre is easily accessed via the esplanade
This is our no1 choice for a holiday in Wales and have already booked our return.
Well, thought I would now put a comment here after posting last year saying can't wait to stay here.
Here goes:
After coming to tenby for 20 years and staying in several places in and around tenby but always coming to south beach it was lovely, just to walk through the gate, and yes , was straight on the beach.
No driving no packing the car everyday no fighting to find a parking space especially on a bank holiday weekend.
Feel totally/thoroughly relaxed and don't want to go home.
As for the accommodation 5 star plus ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
Our preference will always be to stay here, for any future holidays in tenby.
I could put a lot more into words but to be here with the 2 dogs is a dream come true.
We have booked already for next year and can't wait.

Wow! Sandy shore is such a Stunning beach house!! This was our second time staying here with our 3 children and 2 dogs - the location is perfect! Right on beach 🏖 5 minutes from Tenby town centre - the accommodation was so clean and so modern - would Highly recommend this place ! It’s 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have just returned from a wonderful long week end to celebrate my 65th birthday.
What an amazing apartment in the most amazing location. The views are magnicificent and to watch the sunrise or set whilst sat in the most luxurious surroundings is just a dream. To step out of your gate straight on to the beach is such a bonus, no packing and unpacking the car and driving back and forth it's all there day or night right on your doorstep. The dog was in paradise.
The apartment has everything you could wish for. The whole family loved it and we can't wait to return.

This was the best equipped apartment we’ve stayed in - the owners have thought of everything! Great location. Nice to cook in and snuggle down afterwards in the comfort and warmth after blustery days walking on the beach! We will return!
I booked this apartment because of accessibility for wheelchairs and dogs - and I'm so glad I did. My husband is disabled by a long term illness and needs lots of help with his mobility. The apartment was beautifully clean and very well kitted out with just about everything needed to make our stay comfortable. (There were a couple of issues with the main bedroom and walk in shower regarding disabled access - there were no grabbable bars in the shower and the space around the bed makes it a bit difficult to manoeuvre so it was essential to have a helper.) All in all, we had a lovely relaxing time even when the weather was freezing and stormy - the apartment was warm and cosy with plenty of entertainment on offer via the tv. The dogs also loved the beach which was very clean and for them, very sociable! We were unable to get the wheelchair on to the beach because the sand was too soft at South Beach, but we managed it on a trip to Saundersfoot, so everyone had a great time and much more than we expected. Deserves its 5 star rating.
Superb apartment to stay in, couldn't have asked for a better location. Secure parking and comfortable, warm accommodation. All fixtures and fittings are well thought out, nicely and simply decorated, lovely finishing touches - thank you for the thoughtful gesture of milk in the fridge and biscuits too.
Wonderful to walk out on to the beach each morning and admire the sunrises and beautiful views with my dog, lovely walks on a clean and often deserted beach.
We will hopefully return soon.
Have stayed in tenby for years now. Just booked this holiday for next year. Was on Southbeach everyday and what better place to stay than right on the doorstep. The apartment looks superb from the outside and whilst there spoke to the occupants who said you want for nothing. So, can't wait. Park the car up, on beach, Southbeach bar and grill for food and beer and the dogs get to run all day long. BRILLIANT
We have just enjoyed our second year in a row at Sandy Shore, and have already booked for 2020! We couldn’t imagine a better holiday home, in a more perfect location. Beautiful beach setting, and equally beautiful town for us to spend our days in. The coastal walk to Saundersfoot was challenging, but well worth the effort (we jumped on the bus back to Tenby with the dog!).
Can’t wait to come back next year.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Shore. The beach side location is wonderful and the apartment is comfortable, very smart and kitted out with everything you need. The utility room with washer dryer is very handy and Netflix was a hit with the kids. A really high spec apartment. Can’t wait to return.

Fantastic apartment! We had a great stay. This place is so well equipped, you have thought of everything. Lots to do for the children, inc Folly Farm and the Water Park!
We had an amazing stay over the New Year. The apartment was spotless and had everything we required. We were so happy and they even managed to provide good weather!!
Seriously though, they have thought of everything. The apartment kitchen was well stocked, there were board games and puzzles, washing machine , i could go on and on!!

We stayed for 7 nights, we weren't so lucky with the weather but that was compensated by the amazing apartment. Immaculately clean (I have OCD), beautifully presented, the location is fantastic, right on top of the beach, yet just a short stroll to the town centre, which offers some great bars and restaurants and quirky little shops. The beach of Tenby is breathtaking at low tide, if you have dogs, they will not know what to with themselves. There is a great links golf course in a short 5-minute stroll, which my partner enjoyed, I drove the buggy and enjoyed the views! The whole process of booking, payment, to arrival and departure was seamless and stress-free, as was our stay. We are already planning our next stay.
Thank goodness we chose to stay in this apartment. The weather was dreadful with the remnants of various storm's, however, it didn't matter because the apartment was wonderful. Everything you could possibly want. The bathrooms are amazing. Lots of room for the dogs to play. We just drank champagne and watched the crown on netflicks. I must give a shout out to the housekeeping, they do a fantastic job keeping the place spotless. Definitely going to return. Many thanks.
What an outstanding apartment, the best we have ever stayed in. The cleanliness, quality, design. Clean throughout, the standard was 10 out of 10. We had two bulldogs who fell in love with this apartment and the location next to the beach. A short walk to a wonderful restaurant and so near the town centre of Tenby . We were lucky enough to stay 7 days & loved every moment of our time. Looking to book again next year and would definitely recommend to friends and family to stay there. The caretaker, William, was such a helpful person and made sure we were happy with everything. Such great service. Big thank you to the owners of this apartment maintaining such a high standard - you have obviously worked very hard in creating such a beautiful place.

24 March 2018 - just stayed 3 nights in this gorgeous apartment. We know Tenby very well and it was a big treat to stay on the beach with our 2 dogs. The apartment is exactly as per photos - modern, spacious and well thought out. It was superbly equipped - I took things I didn't really need since it was all there! There was even a bag of dog food - that I assumed was for emergencies only :) . Wonderful to just walk out onto the beach each morning, and then return in the night. We didn't move the car for 3 days and made the most of the coastal path each way, and the usual dog friendly places to eat and drink. Definitely hope to be back again.
Wow. Completely blown away by this apartment. Clean, well equipped and best of all the garden opened onto the beach. Wonderful view of Caldey Island. Think the dog may have enjoyed it more than us.
Stayed here in August 2016 and during our stay we recommend booked for this year Aug 2017... fantastic location fantastic amenities and definitely would recommend . Recently spent a day trip in tenby and love the new decking area to the side. Can't wait until August.
Absolutely stunning apartment, location is amazing, the dog in particular loves the beach doubling as a back garden. Absolutely love all the hi-tech stuff, ie ceiling surround sound / electric blinds etc. Can't wait to come back.
